• We trust instructors to be fair with us by using our Canvas course file only if the book is required as a main or supplementary text.

This request does NOT include the book

• If you need a desk or exam copy of the book as well as the Canvas course file, please include a note in the Comments portion of this request form, and specify whether you need the eBook or print edition.
• If you need only an exam copy, or if you want to keep a record of your request in your account, please go back to the book page, and use the request form for a print book or eBook.
